Spring Equinox is the time in the Earth’s annual cycle when the day and night are equal in length. This earth medicine reminds us of our own need for balance. As we integrate our light and shadow aspects within, and find a delicate dance between the two, we harmonize our polarities. This symbolic point of balance has been celebrated by our ancestors. Join us as we gather to offer our breath to new beginnings, resurrection of light, and the source of all nature.

Join Abigail Tyler and Jeremy Falk for a Sound Healing Vinyasa Flow focusing on balance, rebirth, and uplifting movement. As Jeremy guides our bodies, Abigail will bathe us in sacred sound. Come prepared to experience: breath work, chanting, vinyasa yoga, and sound healing. We will access balance through Pyrenees Koshi Chimes, Peruvian Seed Rattle, Chilean Cactus Rain Stick, Frame & Ocean Drum, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Heart Chakra Singing Bowl, and the loving vibrations of the Gong.
