OFFERINGS

Jeremy's vinyasa classes are spicy, dynamic, and intelligently sequenced to be challenging, cathartic, and soulful while remaining accessible and meditative.  Some yoga experience is recommended. All yoga classes are in heated rooms generally in the 80's.
