Jeremy Falk

I'm Jeremy Falk. I help teams adapt and grow together.

Fast-moving teams default to old habits under pressure. New information doesn't stick, not because people don't want to change, but because the conditions aren't there.

Effective learning experiences aren't just about the motivation. It's about tending the foundation where they can actually take root.

What changes are fewer misfires, faster alignment, less rework, and better performance from the same people.

Jeremy's ability to combine empathy and insight with clear, structured guidance allows him to create learning experiences that truly deliver results.

Where Your Team Gets Stronger

Connection & Trust

Most teams know each other professionally but not actually.

I lead authentic relating and storytelling exercises that help people see each other underneath the role — the foundation everything else gets built on, and the strongest predictor of high-performing teams. Duhigg, 2016

Regulation & Resilience

Fast-moving teams operate in chronic stress, and the body holds the cost.

I teach practical tools for regulating the nervous system — things people can use in the moment when pressure spikes and as a daily practice that builds resilience over time, linked to reduced stress reactivity and lower burnout. Hülsheger et al., 2013

Focus & Mindfulness

Constant context-switching has degraded attention as a baseline professional skill.

I embed breath and meditation practices into team culture — concrete tools for noticing where the mind is, bringing it back, and building the focus a team needs to actually think together, linked to improved cognitive flexibility and decision-making under stress. Good et al., 2016

Leadership & Communication

Every team member is called to lead — but most never get the soft skills development to bring out the best in those around them.

I help people grow into the leaders their teams need — developing the embodied presence, emotional intelligence, and conscious leadership principles that turn awareness into action, linked to stronger engagement and more adaptive teams. Wang et al., 2018

Jeremy masterfully designed a program on mindset strategies and stress reduction. Our team didn't like the "woo-woo" side of mindfulness work, but even the most doubtful participants came away raving about the positive impact. I would instantly hire Jeremy again.

How We Build It

01
Workshops

Focused sessions for teams at a specific juncture — forming new bonds after a reorg, building resilience before a hard stretch, or resetting patterns that have stopped working.

02
Off-sites and Retreats

Built for groups that need more than a good day out — for transitions, defining moments, and celebrations. Get offline, get outside, and come back refocused and reconnected together.

03
The Quarterly Practice

A custom 90-day program for teams ready to change how they work together, not just what they work on. A sequenced arc of sessions builds the focus, communication, and leadership culture where behavior actually changes.

I needed a comprehensive toolkit to face disruption with resilience, adaptability, and collective purpose. Jeremy delivered, and more. I highly recommend.

Four Truths About Facilitation

Two decades facilitating groups — and what that's taught me about how people learn.

1. It starts long before the room does.

Every team carries something. I begin with genuine discovery — who the group is, what they actually need — and build the design around that, not a template.

2. Connection isn't the warmup. It's the precondition.

People don't change when they're told to; they change when they feel safe enough to. The right relational exercises that get people comfortable is what allows any return on the rest.

3. You don't learn it by taking notes. You learn it by doing it.

The shift happens when people practice the new thing in a room safe enough to be bad at it first. That's where the reps come from, and reps are what change behavior.

4. Consistency compounds.

One session can move a team, and sometimes that's the right call. But day two and three land deeper because behavior sticks when there's dedicated time to come back to it, together.

I've managed teams for 30 years and Jeremy is at the top of my list with his passion, knowledge, organization, and communication skills. He is equally at home with product managers, engineers, and founders.

About Jeremy

Early in my career, I volunteered as a crisis interventionist, showing up alongside police and sheriffs to counsel victims of crime and hold steady, grounded support for people moving through the hardest moments of their lives.

I became an international teacher of embodiment and mindfulness, building one of the highest-rated meditation programs on Audible and leading sold-out transformational retreats that guide people through powerful, vulnerable conversations. It taught me what it takes to go deep with people and hold the room so that something real can happen.

For the last 13 years, based in the Bay Area, I've brought that same work to teams across tech, finance, and media — designing and facilitating workshops, off-sites, and retreats that actually change how people show up.

I also serve as Director of Education at the Integrative Psychology Institute, where my team and I run a Master's program grounded in an integrative model of cognition, identity, and soma — work that keeps me close to the science underneath what I bring into the room.

I love synthesizing complexity into something people can actually use, holding both gravitas and levity in the same room because people do their best work when they feel safe and enjoy themselves.
